John Reardon is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in growing technology companies. A proven leader, he has a talent for identifying top talent and building strong management teams. John is also an experienced fundraiser, having successfully raised capital for businesses in early to mature growth stages.

John serves as a Board Member for Schurz Communications, Inc., a leading broadband and managed services company with operations across the United States. He is also a founding board member of Oxford Lane Capital Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed company whose market value has grown to approximately $600 million since its IPO in 2010.

As Managing Director of Choctaw Telecommunications, LLC, a wireless communications company, John led the company through a successful exit in June 2019, with the majority of its assets being sold to a consortium of major US railroads.

John's leadership experience also includes serving as CEO of Mobex Communications, Inc., a nationwide carrier with wireless services in 22 states. He was instrumental in selling the company to Nextel Communications, Inc.

Outside of his professional life, John is deeply involved in charitable work, having founded Children's Hospital Artists, Readers, and Musicians (CHARM), which provides entertainment to young patients unable to leave their hospital beds. He is also the author of the children's book "The South Overlook Oaks".

John holds a JD from the Columbia University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Boston University, graduating Summa cum laude.
