Taryn Benarroch is an accomplished educator and administrator with a wealth of experience spanning various sectors, from academia to public administration. After earning a bachelor's degree in American Government and Politics from Claremont McKenna College, Benarroch embarked on a career focused on promoting education equity and excellence. Her roles have included serving as a special education teacher at Bronx Lighthouse Charter School, a regional field director and deputy state field director for Obama for America, and a project director for the TEACH Campaign at the U.S. Department of Education.

Benarroch's impressive resume also includes leadership roles in prominent organizations such as Microsoft, Teach For America, and the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation for Education. At Microsoft, Benarroch led the Partners in Learning Global Educator Program. At Teach for America, she served as a managing director for community affairs and as chief of staff to the senior vice president of regional operations. She has also worked as a senior education consultant at the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation for Education, where she was responsible for developing strategies to improve education outcomes for youth in the Middle East and North Africa.

Currently, Benarroch is an assistant chief administrative and business officer at New York University Abu Dhabi. She has also held the position of strategic communications and partner relations at NYU Abu Dhabi, where she was responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies for the university. In addition to her impressive career in education and administration, Benarroch is an avid sports fan, with a particular love for the Lakers, Trojans, and Seahawks. She also enjoys baking pies in her free time.
