Chad Hesters is a globally experienced leader in talent solutions, specializing in executive search, talent acquisition, and management consulting. He has worked with senior executives, board members, and investors in various industries, including oil and gas, renewable energy, biomass, forestry/forest products, agribusiness, and sustainability. Chad holds a B.S. in Forestry/Natural Resource Conservation from Texas A&M University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, and has studied Changing the Game in Executive Search at Harvard Business School Executive Education.

Chad Hesters is a former Managing Partner at Korn Ferry, where he managed the Houston office and North America Projects. He also served as a Partner and Regional Sector Leader in Natural Resources at Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to his leadership roles in executive search, Chad worked in various positions, including Senior Evaluation and Planning Analyst at Hunt Oil Company, and as a Business Analysis Team Lead/Business Analyst at Shell. Chad's expertise in intelligence analysis comes from his experience as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy.
