Prabakar Marimuthu is a highly experienced and skilled software professional who has made a name for himself in software product development and services industries. He is an Oracle certified technical architect who specializes in designing highly scalable architectures for high-performance applications using platforms such as J2EE, Microsoft DotNet, and Mobility. As the Head of Technology, Product Development, Product Implementation, and Customer Support for a SAAS product dealing with employee talent management, he manages a distributed product development team for US-based product companies.

Prabakar has gained extensive experience in bringing offshore and onsite teams from the ground up.
