John Zdanowski
John Zdanowski is an accomplished entrepreneurial CFO and investor who has been helping founders succeed since 1997. He has played a vital role in over a hundred private equity and debt financings, dozens of rounds of venture capital, two IPOs, and multiple mergers and acquisitions, leading or arranging them successfully.
Zdanowski has also been a co-founder, founding investor, board member, and full or fractional CFO to several venture-financed companies, including General Assembly, Market Leader, Second Life, Affinity Internet, and many more. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and double degrees in Electrical and Electronics and Communications Engineering from Clarkson and Syracuse universities, respectively.
