Jason Lyon is a top minority attorney in California, named by LA Business Journal in 2020. He is a commercial litigation attorney who specializes in business-to-business disputes and pre-litigation risk mitigation strategy and counseling. Jason studied law at the University of California, Los Angeles and completed his bachelor's degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jason is a member of the State Bar of California and the California Lawyers Association, and he is admitted to practice before all courts in the state, the Northern and Central district courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
