David Koszka is a highly experienced creative strategist with a career spanning over 25 years in design, marketing, and advertising. He is a strategic thinker with a talent for producing simple but effective solutions to complex design issues. David has managed large teams while staying connected with day-to-day tasks like conceptualization and client presentations. His creative thinking has helped build many famous national consumer brands.

David has worked with several top advertising agencies, including BBDO, J. Walter Thompson, N.W. Ayer, Saatchi & Saatchi/DFS, and Grey Advertising. In addition, he has owned two successful San Francisco-based agencies.

David is well versed in fundamental design principles and technically skilled in a broad range of disciplines, such as UX, UI, IxD, interaction modeling and wireframes, digital, social, acquisition and retention. He has managed ad agencies, writers, art directors, photographers, illustrators, producers, production crews, IT, and web developers.

David holds a BFA in Advertising Design from Syracuse University. He has held numerous leadership roles, such as Creative Director at Big Bear Area Regional Wastewater Agency and Marin County Health & Human Services. David has also worked as the Deputy Director of Visual Communications at the California State Assembly and provided executive creative direction for companies like BizFlex Corporation, Visteva, and Optionetics options trading. Most recently, David was the Executive Creative Director / Owner at RedWebConsulting.com and currently serves as Manager of Design, Branding, and Creative Project Management - Sutter Health Marketing at Sutter Health.
