As Account manager my main responsibilities include:

-  Maintaining relationships with existing clients
-  Liaising with clients to arrange interview times, gather requirements, discuss new job requirements and provide consultancy in I.T recruitment
-  Managing the end to end recruitment lifecycle; both client and candidate
-  Maintaining contractors and chasing up contract renewals
-  Screening candidates & entire recruitment lifecycle
-  Recruitment for both contract and permanent staff
-  Recruitment across the whole I.T spectrum from Infrastructure through to Applications
-  Building new relationships with small to medium enterprises
-  Providing additional services to clients which can add value to their organisation

Interviewing potential candidates and assessing their skills
Short listing candidates for Account Manager's review
Conducting searches for suitable candidates
Writing job advertisements
Preparing CV's for clients, including candidates summaries
Entering candidate information and active jobs onto internal database
Processing payroll paperwork including signing up new candidates
Coordinating and submitting paper work to payroll
Conduct full post placement care for all placed candidates
When required, participate in the training of new staff members to help familiarize them with Clarius Group systems, procedures and fellow staff members
