Srinivas Nanjappa is a highly experienced professional with more than 17 years of global experience in complex program management, product management, and P&L in diverse industries. He has extensive skills in stakeholder management, team leadership, and CxO relationships. He has also successfully worked in matrix structures and is a global mindset expert, having worked on and managed frequent international assignments, collaborating with diverse teams, cultures, and leadership styles.

Srinivas is a computer science engineer, who has also completed Executive MBA. He is currently based in Germany, working in the field of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). He possesses an agile, solution-oriented, and empathic approach, which enables him to provide successful outcomes for his programs and projects.

Srinivas began his career as an Embedded Software Engineer and has since held positions as Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Onshore Delivery Manager, and Principal Consultant. Prior to his current role at Mercedes-Benz AG in Global Product Development, Srinivas held positions at Mphasis, an HP company, and Genesis Micro Device Private Limited.

With his academic and practical experience in program and product management, Srinivas has become an expert in stakeholder and matrix management, and he has a special interest in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
