Courtland Allen, the former founder of Indie Hackers and MIT graduate, is currently an Indie Hacker at Stripe, leading the Indie Hackers team. With over eight years of experience building, designing, and marketing web-based products and companies, Allen has worked at Handle Inc., Cinch Financial, Taskforce, Syphir LLC, PeopleBrowsr Inc., and BigTent in various software engineering roles. Additionally, Allen was an undergraduate researcher at MIT Media Lab.
Allen created IndieHackers.com in 2016, which was acquired by Stripe in 2017. His extensive experience in web development and entrepreneurship has made him a valuable member of the Stripe team. His educational background in computer science at MIT gives him a strong foundation in technology.
