Olivier Faucher, an international investment professional executive with over 20 years of experience, has founded and is the general partner of IP² Investment Partners. The firm provides highly personalized and creative strategic and M&A advisory services for mid-cap companies and corporate organizations specializing in cross-border transactions between Brazil, North America, and Europe. Faucher has led the globally renowned corporate development and corporate strategy practices in different market segments, including IT&C, Technology, Automotive, Defence & Aerospace, Security, and more, mainly in LATAM, Europe and USA. He has also piloted portfolio management and investment strategy at the billion-euro division level and negotiated complex transactions ranging from IPOs, Equity, J.V, Commercial Agreements, Start-ups, Fundraising, Offset to large cross-border M&A transactions.
Before IP² Investment Partners, Faucher worked as VP of International Business Development, Director of Business Unit - Digital Identity & Security, Director of Project Finance - P.P.P Programs Digital Identity & Security, Director of Business Unit - Information Technology, Director of Corporate Development - Security Division, and Director of Corporate Development - Information System & Services Division at world-renowned electronics corporation Thales. He also worked as the advisor to the Senior VP Mercosur, President & CEO Renault do Brasil, and a Credit Analyst at BNP Paribas.
An alumnus of the INSEAD Global Executive MBA, Faucher has studied Business Administration at NEOMA Business School, and Technology & Management at Ecole Centrale de Paris.
