Kimberly Lytikainen is an accomplished legal executive with expertise in corporate governance, risk management, M&A, and high stakes litigation. She has led multiple companies through strategic M&A and initial public offerings and has vast experience facilitating and participating in the boardroom. She is a qualified member of boards of directors and committees for US public companies and has engaged regularly with regulators and policymakers worldwide.

Lytikainen has served as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary for Five9 and previously held the position of Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Poshmark. She has also worked as the Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer at MINDBODY, Inc. and as the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel at NVIDIA and Sun Microsystems, respectively. Additionally, she has experience in IP litigation and licensing with Graham & James and IP and commercial litigation with Baker McKenzie.

Lytikainen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Florida State University and studied Law, Corporate Governance, and Business Administration and Management, General at Loyola Law School, Stanford Law School, and Stanford University Graduate School of Business, respectively.
