Nick van Mierlo is a five-year veteran people-oriented leader who has honed his skills in Support, CX, and Technical teams with a range of experience handling three up to 26 FTEs. Mr. Mierlo has a passion for developing talent in his teams while addressing big business problems. He thrives in a cross-functional environment working with teams in Sales, Support, and Product departments.
Mr. Mierlo is currently working hard to roll out a global support model for Google's next-generation measurement products - Ads Data Hub and App+Web Analytics. He studied Economics & Society at Sint oelbert Gymnasium and pursued his BA and MA in Business Communication and Digital Media from Tilburg University, and an MA in International Marketing from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Aside from his experience at Google, where he held various roles such as Manager Measurement & Attribution Support and Team Lead in Emerging Markets and Benelux, Mr. Mierlo also founded SwiftShift Translations.
