Joe Whitchurch is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in customer experience and innovation. He has spent 15 years at Capital One, where he has held various influential positions, including Head of Customer experience and Innovation and Head of CreditWise. Currently, he serves as Head of the General Motors Partnership, one of the most successful partnerships in history.

Joe holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an AB in Psychology from Harvard University. He is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship and has been working with start-ups for a long time, serving as a mentor for the Harvard iLabs program.

As the Head of the General Motors Partnership, Joe oversees the collaboration of GM and Capital One, which has been a longstanding successful partnership. Before his current position, Joe’s contributions to Capital One included designing the conversion experience for millions of customers and developing and launching the organization's first home-grown Big Data product.

Joe lives in Richmond with his wife, two children, and two dogs.
