Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service's Emergency Planning and Resilience Officer, Cbci Eleanor Misselbrook, brings a wealth of experience in multi-agency tactical groups, exercise planning and debriefing, and business continuity. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Hazards and Disaster Management, her studies provided insight into various environmental and risk management forms from both environmental and socioeconomic perspectives.

Misselbrook's expertise in business continuity and corporate risk management is invaluable during internal events and business resilience planning. She is also highly skilled in various software applications such as ArcGIS, risk management and soil analysis. Additionally, her previous experience as a sales assistant allowed her to hone exceptional communication skills, which proved useful in giving presentations for work and research, including the final year project.
