Nicole Kosta is an accomplished professional with a background in science, business, and hospitality. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Organic Chemistry and Physiology from the University of Adelaide in Australia. She is a Certified Level II Sommelier with Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Tourism Ambassador for Sonoma County. Additionally, she holds HACCP Management Certification Level 2 & 3, Serve Safe Certification, and TIPS certification. Nicole is an active member of several organizations, including the United States Bartenders Guild, Guild of Master Sommeliers, and the Australian American Chamber of Commerce.
Nicole has an extensive professional background, having served in various leadership roles across the hospitality industry. She is currently the Director Of Hospitality at Hamel Family Wines. Before this, she owned a consulting business, Kosta Wine Consulting, and served as Partner/Director of Hospitality, Sales, and Marketing at Satyre Wines. She has also held positions such as Director of Events at Benovia Winery, Direct Sales & Hospitality Manager at Dutton-Goldfield Winery, Director of Beverage & Events/F&B Director at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Wine Director & Opening Manager at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and General Manager & Sommelier at Northern Lakes Seafood Company.
