Amy Gustafson, an experienced sales professional, is currently serving as a Strategic Account Director at Pindrop – a leading technology firm. A Master of Business Administration graduate from The University of Texas at Austin, Amy has worked with various software startups to aid their business growth journey and successfully witnessed them listing on the stock exchange. With extensive experience in introducing new products to market and handling strategic accounts throughout the US and Latin America, Amy achieved outstanding outcomes for her clients concerning customer experiences, security, and fraud detection.
In addition to her current stint at Pindrop, Amy has also previously held key roles with Datadog, Medallia, BMC Software and IBM Global Services. At Medallia, she worked both as a Sales Director and Strategic Sales Director, where she liaised with clients across industries to introduce innovative strategies that help improve the customer experience. She was also key in bringing Cloud-based DevOps monitoring software to market with Datadog.
