Sebastian Unger, an experienced human resources executive, has a proven history of successfully delivering results at the intersection of business strategy and people. With an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University and a BS in Psychology from Syracuse University, Unger has developed expertise in people and talent strategy, organizational development and design, assessment, selection, statistics, training, employment law, performance management, analytics and analysis, and succession management.
In his previous role as Vice President - Human Resources Global Leader - Emerging Markets at Prudential Financial, Unger was responsible for overseeing global talent management, executive development, and leading the human resources department in Asia. Prior to that, he served as the Director - Global Talent Management and Executive Development at Prudential Financial.
Before joining Prudential, Unger worked in various human resources positions within PepsiCo, concentrating on organization and management development within the global finance and research and development departments. He also served as a Talent Management Consultant at Prudential Financial and a Human Resources Business Partner at Net at Work Inc.
