Media Relations Volunteer

- Coordinated pageantry groups for all on-field groups including over 300 American Flag Participants, National Anthem Performers, ROTC Color Guard, Military Recognition Participants, Chain Crew, Challenger’s flight and Wings of Blue. These preparations included flight arrangements, per diems, staff pay, contract compliance, donations, hotel accommodations and vehicle transportation.
- Responsible for processing over 9,000 credential requests, compliance with FBI background checks, tracking individuals credential requests and facilitating December processing of credentials, such as game officials, teams, ESPN.
- Responsible for organizing all game week meeting documents including the memo, required attendees and agendas.
- Responsible for assisting in all game elements, such as team introductory videos and institutional spots, Fiesta Bowl event highlights, sponsor video board spots and logos, all ribbon boards and video board elements. Coordinated delivery of all elements to the respective stadiums and ensured that each spot ran as directed.
- Coordinated orders of the game trophies including design, payment and product delivery.
