Jackson Williford is a results-driven Account Executive at 15Five, a leading people and performance management platform based in San Francisco. He joined the organization as a Sales Intern and worked his way up to Sales Development Representative, Enterprise Sales Development, and Account Executive. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from North Carolina State University.

Aside from his work at 15Five, Jackson has gained experience in sales and marketing operations, business development, and entrepreneurship. He served as a Sales and Marketing Intern and later as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Exit Intelligence. He also worked as a Business Operations Intern at OnWire Consulting Group and as a Writer/Business Intern at Inside Pack Sports. Additionally, he co-founded Atlantic Fowl Clothing Company.

At NC State Entrepreneurship Clinic, Jackson gained valuable experience as a Student Clinician. He provided consultation to help entrepreneurs develop, launch and grow their businesses. He has also served as a Business Intern at Hillsborough Street Community Service Corporation, where he assisted in enhancing the economic vitality of a nearby commercial district.
