Augusto Gitirana is an experienced executive with a strong background in top management, leadership, and restructuring processes. He is currently a Partner at Slaf Investimentos, a firm specialized in M&A and management. He has held various advisory board and consulting positions with companies such as UnitedHealth Group, Arlon Capital Partners, TPG Capital, and Bain Capital, providing his expertise in healthcare and other sectors. Augusto has also served as CEO and board member for several entities, including Hospital Memorial São José and Grupo NotreDame Intermédica.

Augusto Gitirana has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and has received additional training in board of directors from IBGC. He is a Brazilian citizen, married with four grown children.
