Trevor Fletcher is a well-respected music industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in various roles at Criteria Recording Studios - a reputed recording facility in Miami. Fletcher holds degrees in Business Administration and Telecommunications Management. He has worked in diverse capacities including executive producer, engineer, and production coordinator for well-known artists such as 2 Live Crew, Julio Iglesias, Ruslana, Al Di Meola, Missy Elliott, and Gloria Estefan.

Fletcher became the General Manager and Vice-President of Hit Factory Criteria - a newly formed business entity. He has been instrumental in not only expanding the national and international reputation of the studio but also that of the South Florida recording community. Fletcher has served on the board of directors of S.P.A.R.S. as well as both the Recording Academy’s National and Chapter level along with the Latin Recording Academy.

Fletcher's extensive knowledge and experience in the music industry have made him a valuable contributor to the field. As a consultant, executive producer, and director, he has played an essential role in the growth of Growing Soul Records.
