Adam Alinsky is a seasoned End-2-End Lead Architect and Digital Transformation (DX) Expert. He has over 20 years of experience designing, developing and integrating robust solutions that prioritize security, performance, scalability, and availability across various industries such as Telco, Utilities, Retail, Aviation, Government, Financial Services, Law Enforcement, and Entertainment. Adam's global perspective comes from his experience working in top-tier companies in Australia and overseas, including China, New Zealand, Europe, and the Middle East.

Adam's expertise lies in Digital Transformation, Cyber Resilience, Customer eXperience (CX), Cyber Security, Operational Intelligence, and Operational Efficiency. He creates End-2-End CX design concept prototypes that effectively bridge the gap between a digital product's envisioned outcome during the requirements phase and how it ultimately delivers to the customer. Adam also writes articles sharing his experiences and challenges around the four key enablers of Digital Transformation (DX) that he discovered throughout his work.

Adam holds a BSc in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo. He has held several positions throughout his career, including Principal Digital Security Architect at Earth2 Digital, E2E Digital Solution Architect at Sydney Water, and former Solution Architect positions at nbn Australia, Spark New Zealand, Bambora, Optus, Logica, and Nokia, among others.
