Itai Damti is a finance geek and co-founder at Unit, a company that assists tech companies in building financial features into their products. With years of experience in the industry, Damti helped grow Leverate, an industry leader in tech for online brokers, without any VC funding to a company with 160 employees globally and $100b in monthly trading volume. During his 10 years in Leverate, he was able to start and lead their engineering team, product team, and business operations in the Asia Pacific region. A lifelong learner of everything tech, startups, and VC, Damti actively mentors, advises, and invests in early-stage startups. He also studied mathematics at The Open University and served in the IDF as a Software Engineer and Architect.
