Managing Director, Information Systems - PMO

• Establish a formal IT Project Management Office for the organization
• Defining its purpose and charter and ensuring alignment to overall business
• Gaining executive sponsorship and obtain buy-in across the organization
• Design high-level plans and frameworks to shape the future growth and evolution of the IT project portfolio
• Equipping the team with project management tools and technology improves work execution, collaboration, and reporting

Airport Sr. Manager, Information Systems - PMO

• Leading the Service Desk Division focused on customer service serving as the single point of contact supporting all divisions, airlines, and related entities for IT and Facilities requests
• Delivering a mature request fulfillment, work order, and incident management process
• Oversight of an enterprise asset management program to include planning and scheduling for preventative and corrective maintenance  
• Responsible for common use systems to include common use passenger processing systems (CUPPS), common use self service kiosks (CUSS), dynamic signage, and CCTV
• Developing a mature Service Desk focused on delivering the best level of service imaginable for all customers!

Airport Manager, Information Systems - Service Desk
