Janna Hill is a seasoned leader with a passion for design-led thinking and Agile methodology. With over a decade of experience in the UX/UI field, Janna has managed teams of UX designers, visual designers, data scientists, and more, and has worked across a variety of industries, including e-commerce, software development, and non-profit. Janna holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Belmont University and has completed specialized coursework in web and interactive design as well as graphic design at Austin Community College.

In her current role as Senior Manager User Experience at The Home Depot, Janna brings her leadership and collaborative skills to drive user-centric design solutions. She also enjoys mentoring and teaching others, and has been involved in speaking at conferences, conducting webinars, and facilitating workshops.
