Stephane Levy is the head of the Corporate Group in New York for Cooley LLP, a top legal counsel for high-growth technology and life sciences companies. He studied at Maimonides and earned his B.C.L., LL.B., and Law degrees at McGill University, where he also studied Finance as part of his BCom degree. Stephane brings his years of experience in advising clients on general corporate matters to the table, as well as his expertise in venture capital, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He has represented technology and life sciences firms, venture capital firms, and leading investment banks in both private and public offerings of securities and M&A deals. Stephane also formerly served as an Adjunct Professor at Cornell University and as a Legal Officer for the IUCN World Conservation Union.
