The Australia Post Digital Mailbox allows consumers to communicate with their chosen government agencies and corporations through a secure online portal that can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The mailbox is accessible across multiple devices and is a highly secure and private means of receiving content from your nominated service providers. My role encompasses:•	Profit & Loss accountability.•	Product commercialisation and strategy.•	Product feature prioritisation via the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE).•       Content provider on-boarding, engagement and product certification.•       Sales strategy aligned to profit targets and KPIs.•       Management of 15 team members across product and on-boarding.Previous roles within the business have included:•	Creation of the operational readiness program for the mailbox go-to market strategy•	Establishing the business support model (including call center and service desk capability).•	Vendor engagement program for key vendors (including establishing service levels and escalation processes).•	Operational processes (Disaster recovery, business continuity, capacity planning etc).•	Management of 30 team members across On-boarding, Technical Operations and Customer Support/Operations.

Freehills is a leading Australian-based international law firm.  Key contributions included:1.	Electronic Processing Solution.I designed and managed development of an end-to-end electronic processing solution.  I was responsible for the complete implementation of the system into the Freehills organisation.  Various aspects of the system were pitched at the legal team, as well as various support staff.  The solution was written in <a href="http://VB.NET">VB.NET</a> and ASP.NET.2.	Online Data Room and Deal Room Solution.I designed and implemented an online Data Room using Microsoft Sharepoint 2003.  This was successfully used in the sale of several major mining assets in Western Australia.

Diskcovery Information Management is an Australian based leading solution provider to the legal industry.My role is responsible for various business process transformation initiatives, including:1.	A Virtual Data Room Question & Answer System.  I created an application that integrated into to Diskcovery’s VDR product to streamline efficiency across M&A transactions.  The following was written in Image & Data Magazine:"But it was the Question & Answer (Q&A) application developed by Diskcovery....that was the virtual data room's 'killer app'. It was our greatest time saver"...IDM May/June 2003, The Real Deal, The Q&A Magic, p202.	Electronic Document Processing.  I was par to the team that created the first electronic discovery processing solution. 4.	Customer Helpdesk Management System.  Managed the design and development of this system to streamline the handling of client support requests which significantly increased customer satisfaction levels.5.	Document Imaging and Objective Coding Solution.  I re-engineered this system to streamline business operation which transformed a stagnant business unit into a market leader.
