Before starting Dumont Innovative Technologies, Ryan worked as a construction laborer for J.F. White Contracting Co. and served as an intern in the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He was also a former Team Member of nOCD, where his interest in anxiety disorders further sparked.
