Stephen Sadler is an experienced television professional with over 20 years of experience in broadcast television. He has worked in every genre of television program, and his expertise includes directing, producing, and shooting documentaries. Stephen has a background in education and computing, and he has taught television production as a lecturer in higher education for 12 years. He was presented with a Beacon Award in 2008 for his work with students on a project involving Fair Havens Hospice, demonstrating his commitment to education. Currently, Stephen is working on 360-degree (panoramic or spherical) videos and photos for B2B arenas, using his extensive technical and production knowledge of television. He shoots 360-degree videos in ultra-ultra HD quality (8K) and uses Ambisonic audio and Adobe Creative Suite. Stephen is also researching and developing VR apps on Oculus Quest head-mounted displays using the Unity 3D game engine and C# programming. He is serving as an External Examiner at South Essex College for the University of Essex.
