Shermin Oh is a well-rounded marketing leader with a strong operational background in the B2B SaaS industry. She has helped take various brands and organisations from start-up to scale-up and is known for her data-driven and performance-oriented approach. Shermin studied International Marketing at Birmingham City University and has a Diploma in Human Resource Management with Psychology from Singapore Polytechnic.

Currently, Shermin is the Marketing and Operations Manager, UK & EMEA, at Xero, a cloud accounting software company with over three million businesses worldwide. Before this, she served as the Acting Marketing Director and Sales Operations in Xero, overseeing the company's activity in Asia. She was also the Partner Marketing Lead at Xero for APAC.

Prior to her work at Xero, Shermin held positions as Marketing Manager, Marketing & Communications Executive at Zegal, and Community Coordinator, APAC at Hootsuite.
