Valentin Chaput
Valentin Chaput is an expert in democratic innovations and civic technologies with over three years of experience. He has held several positions within local and national institutions and has a strong commitment to citizen-driven politics in France and Europe. He studied at Lycée Buffon, Sciences Po, and Le Wagon, where he took up a Full-Stack Bootcamp.
He co-founded and co-directs Open Source Politics and was a university lecturer at Sciences Po, Lille, and Saint-Germain-en-Laye. He has also been a political advisor at Sénat, a mission leader at the Mairie d'Aubervilliers, and a campaign director for Jacques Salvator in 2014. He has spoken at the Web Summit, acted as an expert for Jeunes Européens Fédéralistes (JEF-Europe), and created myEuropeanDream.eu. He has additionally conducted freelance work as a consultant for Junior Consulting - Sciences Po, an intern at Conseil général de Seine-Saint-Denis and BPCE and a volunteer at the Comité national olympique du sport français (CNOSF).
