As a Freelance Nonprofit Strategist & Workshop Facilitator, Caylin offers expertise in capacity building and strategic planning for organizations aiming to make a positive impact in their communities.
Caylin holds a degree in Growth and Structure of Cities with a concentration in Community/Economic Development from Bryn Mawr College, and has also pursued coursework at Harvard Business School and Long Island University Global.
Her professional experience includes roles such as Partnerships Manager at Flipcause, Director of CULTIVATE at Next Stage, Project Manager, and Associate at Next Stage, as well as positions at GreenLight Fund, Frontline Solutions, and Costa Rican Humanitarian Foundation.
In her free time, Caylin enjoys a variety of hobbies such as rock climbing, biking, stand up paddle boarding, hiking, playing card games, spending time with her dogs, traveling, and exploring different parts of Charlotte.
