Catrina Lucero

Catrina Lucero is a professional with a strong background in finance, public administration, and international development.

Currently, she serves as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the Washington State Health Care Authority, where she leads financial operations and oversees external relations, quality assurance, and staff development.

Before her current role, Catrina worked as a senior fiscal analyst for the Washington State House of Representatives, providing support to the Appropriations committee on health care matters.

She also has experience as an international program evaluator and project manager, conducting evaluations, workshops, and trainings in various regions including South East Asia, East Africa, and Latin America.

Catrina's educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's in Public Administration with a Certificate in International Development from the University of Washington.

Throughout her academic and professional career, she has been involved in various organizations and roles, such as the University of Washington, Innovations for Scaling Impact (iScale), and Centro de Empreendedorismo Social e Administração em Terceiro Setor (CEATS, SP Brazil).
