Cathy Yam is a skilled UX and Content professional with a background in creating seamless and personalized website experiences. She possesses expertise in Content Strategy, Knowledge & Content Management, UX Research, UX Copywriting, and basic Front-end Web Development.

Cathy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations with a minor in Spanish from Cornell University. She also holds certificates in Creative Nonfiction Writing, Digital Marketing, and Advanced Writing Workshop from NYU School of Professional Studies. Additionally, she has completed courses in User Experience Design and Front-end Web Development at General Assembly, along with certifications from Trailhead by Salesforce.

Currently, Cathy works as the Manager of UX and Content Management at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Her previous roles include Assistant Manager at the same company, as well as positions in talent recruitment at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Penguin Random House, and Baptist Health South Florida.

In her free time, Cathy enjoys writing and has participated in various creative writing workshops. She also has interests in watching films, investing, and outdoor running.
