Cathy Silverstein is a highly experienced technical advisor, strategist, writer, and manager with a career spanning over 25 years across more than 25 countries globally. She specializes in Economic Growth, Enterprise Development / Finance, Systems Change, Scaling-Up Methodologies, and Sustainable Tourism. Currently based in Atlanta, Georgia, Cathy is open to short-term consultancies.

Her educational background includes a Diploma in Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE), a Masters in International Affairs with a focus on International Banking & Finance from Columbia University, a B.A. in Music from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an Executive Masters Degree in Natural Resources Management from Virginia Tech.

Cathy Silverstein has held significant roles at various prestigious organizations. She is currently serving as a Senior Independent Consultant, Writer, and Manager focusing on Economic Growth, Systems Change, and Strategy. Previously, she was a Visiting Fellow at the Center for Leadership in Global Sustainability at Virginia Tech. Cathy also served as the Technical Director at Management Systems International, Inc., as the Director of Economic Growth at The QED Group, LLC, as the Managing Director and Founder of Enterprise Resource Group, Inc., and as the Second Vice President at The Chase Manhattan Bank.
