Catherine Zaw

Catherine Zaw is a talented writer and advocate with a passion for mangoes. She holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Miami, and studied Biology, Linguistics, with a focus on Science Communication at Stanford University.

Currently, Catherine Zaw is an Internal Medicine Resident at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Previously, she has held various roles such as being a Blogger and Writer at Mochi Magazine, a Development and Communications Fellow at the Haas Center for Public Service, a Teaching Assistant at the Human Biology Department, and a Residential Staff Member and Ethnic Theme Associate at Stanford Residential Education's Okada. Catherine has also interned at North Bay Bohemian and served as a Senior Staff Writer and Managing Editor of News at The Stanford Daily Newspaper.

Furthermore, Catherine Zaw has also been actively involved in educational roles such as being the Undergraduate Director at Stanford Flu Crew and working as a Math Tutor privately.
