Cathy/Catherine Stephenson

Catherine Stephenson is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various organizations.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, and has pursued studies in Artificial Intelligence as a 3rd-Year Exchange Student at Edinburgh University.

Catherine formerly served as the Global Practice Manager in the Global Corporate & Investment Banking Practice at McKinsey & Company.

Prior to that, she held prominent roles including Co-Chair of the Social Enterprise Division at Community Partners Pro Bono Consulting at Harvard Business School Club of New York Social Enterprise Committee, Senior Vice President leading The Chess Team™ at Foote, Cone & Belding, and Deputy Managing Director overseeing Strategic Risk Management Advisory at Tokai Bank Europe.

She also gained experience as a Senior Associate in Global Risk Advisory and a Project Manager in the Technology/Business Associates Program at Bankers Trust Company.

Catherine's earlier career includes roles such as an Intern in Applications Marketing at Microsoft, a Manager in Administration at American Express Foundation, and Financial Analyst positions at Shearson Lehman Brothers in the International Advisory Group and Investment Banking Division.
