Catherine Pao

Catherine Pao is a versatile professional with a unique background in both computer science engineering and marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science Engineering from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Operations Management from The Wharton School. With experience ranging from product management to coaching and facilitation, Catherine has been involved in diverse organizations and roles.

Catherine is currently an accomplished leadership coach and facilitator at Catherinepao.com, supporting and guiding individuals and teams to realize their potential. Additionally, she has been a group coach at Medley and previously worked as an executive coach and facilitator at Strive.

Catherine has a creative side to her personality as well, which is evident in her work as an illustrator of Heart Smiles, for which she is also the owner of Heart Smiles Design. While working full-time, Catherine has pursued her artistic interests as a side hustle.

Before, Catherine worked at Blue Apron as a growth product manager, and previously held senior management positions in product marketing at Fab.com and DigitalOcean. Prior to that, she worked as an associate product marketer at Microsoft, as well as a product management intern in the same company. Further, she worked as a research analyst at ChubbyBrain, a venture capital firm. She has also been a residential teaching assistant at the Management & Technology Summer Institute.
