Catherine Macmillan

Catherine Macmillan is a seasoned business and tourism development professional based in North East Victoria. Her expertise rests in strategic planning, entrepreneurship, business attraction, and retention, place-making initiatives, marketing, communication, grant writing, sponsorship acquisition, event management, and tourism. Catherine has spent extensive time in higher and secondary education, small businesses, local government, and non-profit organizations. Her education includes a graduate diploma in TESOL, a Bachelor of Education in physical education, English, Phys Ed for the disabled, and outdoor recreation. Catherine is an innovative thinker and enjoys collaborating with stakeholders to produce results. She is a connector and facilitator of opportunities through strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
