Catherine Hawkes

Catherine Hawkes is the Director of the custom program practice at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. With over a decade of experience at Wharton, she oversees the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of executive education programs worldwide, targeting senior executives globally. Prior to her current role, Cathy accumulated 19 years of valuable experience at CIGNA, holding various leadership positions in business lines and human resources. Her educational background includes both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.
