Catherine Farnworth FIA CERA is a key member of the Management Board of MS Amlin AG, a major reinsurer with a $2 billion capitalization spread across Switzerland, Bermuda, and Malaysia.

With a background as a Group Actuary and Head of ERM at MS Frontier Re, Catherine has vast experience in Reserving, Capital Modelling, Risk Management, Exposure Monitoring, and Claims.

She has specialized as a capital modelling expert in notable firms like PwC Bermuda, contributing to regulatory advisory services and assisting Lloyd's Syndicates in developing their capital models under a Solvency II framework.

Catherine has proven expertise in providing independent reviews of risk management processes for clients in Bermuda and has been deeply involved in developing and reviewing capital models in both the UK and Bermuda.

Having studied Mathematics at the University of Oxford, Catherine Farnworth FIA CERA's professional journey has seen her hold various high-ranking positions, including Chief Risk Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer at MS Amlin, showcasing her leadership and strategic acumen.
