Catherine Chumo

Catherine Chumo is a communications professional with a strong background in wildlife conservation and animal welfare. With over 10 years of experience in this field, she has honed her skills in writing, editing, translation, project management, strategy development, and team development. Catherine's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from The African Leadership University, a Master of Arts in Translation from the University of Nairobi, and a BA in Journalism, Print Media, Spanish Integrated Studies from the United States International University - Africa. She is known for her work in various capacities at organizations such as Animal Advocacy Africa, Africa Network for Animal Welfare, and Friends of Nairobi National Park (FoNNaP), where she has served on the Advisory Board, as a Liaison Officer, Senior Information Officer, and Communication Officer, among other roles.
