With a BSc (Hons) and a Postgraduate Diploma, she is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV). Cath serves as the Regional Director for the East region at the CLA, a premier membership organization offering specialized advice and practical assistance to rural businesses. Her background includes proficiency in Rural Development and Diversification (RDD), where she crafted and executed strategies for diversification and development across estates, farms, country houses, and rural enterprises throughout the UK. Additionally, she possesses a wealth of experience in Anaerobic Digestion (AD), offering expert guidance on various AD projects from inception to completion, covering feasibility studies, technology selection, due diligence, valuation, permitting, and feedstock management.
