She is a technology enthusiast and passionate leader, serving as the Global Head of Technology at Standard Chartered Bank. In this role, Cat plays a vital role in helping large enterprises transform their businesses by building strong partnerships and solid ecosystems. She also works with internal teams to evolve their products and services to create relevance with tech clients and help non-tech clients gain confidence in the industry's revolution.

Cat is highly regarded on the tech speaker circuit and has been voted as one of the Top 100 women in Fintech globally and one of the Top 25 women in Fintech in Hong Kong. Her passion for technology has driven her to take on other roles like Chair of the Technology Advisory Committee for the Women's Foundation and co-chair for the Launch of the Women Entrepreneurs Network.
