Cat Hernandez is a Partner and founding team member of The Venture Collective (TVC), a transformational, early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City.1 2 5 TVC focuses on backing founders and companies that aim to reduce inequity in society.2

Prior to joining TVC, Hernandez spent nearly a decade operating in early-stage startups before transitioning into venture capital in 2015.2 4 She previously worked at Primary Venture Partners, where she built the firm's post-investment infrastructure and collaborated with founders of companies like MIRROR, Vestwell, Chief, Slice, and Electric.2
