Cassie Mattheson

Cassie Mattheson serves as the Talent Development Supervisor for Kettering Health Network, with a vast background in Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Management.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a BS in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Western Governors University.

Cassie also pursued studies in Church Ministry at Souls West and obtained her High School Diploma from Thunderbird Adventist Academy.

Previously, she held roles such as Human Resources Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Loma Linda University Health, demonstrating her expertise in recruitment and talent management.

Her experience also includes serving as the Women's Dean and Finance Teacher at SOULS Northwest, Conference Assistant/Program Recruiter at Upper Columbia Conference, and Youth Ministry Coordinator at Upper Columbia Conference.

Cassie's early career involved positions like Sales Representative, Resident Assistant, and Office Assistant at Souls West/Upper Columbia Conference and Thunderbird Adventist Academy.
