Casius Pealer

Casius Pealer is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in law, architecture, and sustainable real estate development.

He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Master of Architecture from Tulane University.

Currently, he serves as the Director of the Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development (MSRED) program at Tulane University, where he imparts his knowledge and expertise to future real estate professionals.

In the past, Casius was Of Counsel at Coats Rose and held various leadership positions at organizations such as Oystertree Consulting, Housing Authority of New Orleans, and U.S. Green Building Council.

His extensive experience includes roles as a Program Director in Social Innovation & Social Entrepreneurship, Adjunct Assistant Professor in Sustainable Real Estate Development, and Assistant General Counsel at District of Columbia Housing Authority.

Casius Pealer's commitment to community development is evident through his involvement as a Community Development Volunteer with the U.S. Peace Corps and as a co-founder of ArchVoices.
