Blue Planet SUP imports Stand Up Paddle Boards to the Australian market direct from Hawaii. Partnering with the directors of this new business to launch this brand has offered the opportunity to share my 'start up' experience. Working across all departments including BDM/Account Management, Operations and Logistics, Marketing and Social Media. 
From the conceptual idea of our branding, securing the product from the manufacturer, distribution agreements and exclusivity, warehouse operational execution, design and development of product range, business development, account management, debt collection, indent orders, event hosting, social media content, web design, SUP lessons and much much more that encompasses a small start up business.

Having secured a 4 year contract with HOCKEY NSW it was my role to manage the account and sponsorship component of this agreement. Working closely with the CEO & his key staff we collaborated and created a new range of apparel suited to represent the elite players of the NSW squad. Additionally all associations in NSW were invited to have their sporting apparel made by Fi-ta (Australian manufacturer). I enjoyed working to extremely tight deadlines and having the ability to help lift the profile of this sport through the design of new uniforms.

➢	Held responsibility, in an autonomous capacity, for the marketing, sales and business development for leasing agency overseeing relationships from start to finish including lease negotiations, applications with council, tenancy fit-out and ongoing management of the centre
➢	Accrued new business opportunities through utilising existing contracts and networks to introduce new businesses to opportunities available across the portfolio of 15 independently owned shopping centres (mostly neighbourhood)

➢Achieved significant contract with a 100-kiosk national arrangement with Woolworths through personally handling individual store research and liaison, submitting site assessments, liaising with managers directly, preparing placement site and scheduling contractors (electricians, warehouse, software installation and testing)
