I am responsible for the development, planning and strategy of a full service branch office. I provide the appropriate supervision, support and coaching necessary, to ensure that the branch is balanced, opened, closed and secure and that all Bank policies and procedures are followed while providing the highest quality of customer service. I maintain and develop a loan and deposit portfolio of customers and prospects through various business development activities.

The Branch Manager Training Program (BMTP) which designed to give a comprehensive introduction to the banking industry.  I trained and worked in different departments of the bank to experience first hand the interplay between the departments and the branches.  I spent a year in the branches performing each job function from teller to branch manager.  The objective of the BMTP is that upon the successful completion of this training program I will possess the skills necessary to be capable of performing the job requirements of a Branch Manager at First National Bank of Northern California.
